The Tree and Falcon Houses are modular construction, built in sections in a purpose built facility off-site, which allows for exceptional levels of insulation, airtightness and sustainability. The properties are almost entirely plastic-free and built from sustainably sourced recyclable timbers, which means that carbon dioxide is captured in the fabric of the building and actively removed from the atmosphere. They’re Habitat First Group’s first carbon neutral designs.
